Toronto user needs hardware synthesizer

Hi all,

Does anyone know where we might be able to get a used hardware synthesizer, accessible to Toronto? Sure, I know new ones exist for hundreds of dollars, but this will be a gift from one blind user to another, and tons of reasons exist for having a max. budget of $100. I've only seen some quite-old used dectalk express devices from ebay resellers in the US midwest (going for that price), but by the time...Using espeakup v. 1.0.
