reconfiguring xserver-xorg (xorg.conf)

It usually asks you what kind of monitor and if you select advanced
somewhere you can select the horizontal and vertical refresh rates. I
suppose you could do it by hand as well. I can't imagine why those
questions are not asked, debconf hasno idea whether you have a monitor
or not.
