smp testing

All,

We need some assistance with testing from people who are using smp
machines and have smp and preemption enabled in their kernels.

Make sure you have the latest speakup from git, then change line 84
in src/spk_priv.h to read #if 1 instead of #if 0.

Now, install speakup the usual way, and let us know if there are any
issues.  In particular, test while doing things like audio processing or
burning cds and make sure this works without causing issues.
