Yes it's from november 2001.
It works just fine with my dos USB box.
I actuly have the demo versions from 1997, 1998 and 2001 along with a couple 
other asap related files which I have zipped up and will send to you off 
list.
the zip file is only around 800k so it isn't very big to attach.
