Bug in grml?

Hello Tony: That is a bug in the Dectalk Express driver which we have
known about for quite a while.  I have been looking at it but don't
have a Dectalk myself to test with so it isn't a very high priority.
I do have a few other people that are also waiting for a solution so
hopefully I'll have something to test in the not to distant future.
I'd say by at least 2020! 'grin' Of course patches which fix the
problem will be happily accepted.
