Speakup and 2.6.24

Hi Igor: I have been working on making modifications to speakup to
work with the 2.6.24 tree but don't have it working totally just yet.
Well, it is working except we currently have no screen review
functions! 'grin'

We now have hooks in the actual kernel tree thanks to Samuel Thibault
but there are still patches necessary and I haven't had time to hunt
down where our screen review functions have gotten to.  I will discuss
this in more detail with anyone that wishes on the #speakup channel on
irc.  At this point how long it will be before things are working
correctly again I can't say because it depends how much time I have to
work on it which isn't much nowadays.
