Bug: speech stops when reading long documents

Hello Tony: That sounds like speakup isn't putting your current
process to sleep when the synths buffer gets full.  If you can check
the virtual console device after this happens and see if the text
output stopped at that point or if it completed as I suspect it had.
When the synths buffer gets full speakup is suppose to put the spewing
process to sleep until the buffer has cleared enough room to allow
continuation.  I'll look at the code and see if the go-to-sleep code
has gotten munged for the DECTalk Express driver.
