What can I do with speakup?

Hi,

Will I be able to do the following with speakup?
Read and write email;
Listen to music;
brows the net;
program;
write text files;
install software;
Review  compile errors with speech;
update my web site using ftp;
chat on irc

Is this all possible with speakup?
