Problem with installation of FC7

Hi guys.
I'm trying to install FC7 on a machine over http.
When I enter in the site name and directory I can't seem to get the 
installer to accept the path.
Has anyone seen this one before?
When I enter in the path the install appends an extra / before the 
directory on the line with the url:
http://myip//fc7
Even if I remove the / before the directory name the installer still 
puts the double / there.
Anything I can do to fix this?
I've seen this in previous installers as well but just got around it 
before by using the dvd image for my install.
