modified fedora and software speech

You can use software speech with Speakup on Fedora. However, I would
advise you to wait for the forthcoming release of Fedora 7. It's due out
later this week. Since you're not installing it yourself, there's no
particular reason to favor the Speakup Modified at this particular time.
