grml spelling issues

Well, Speech-Dispatcher is wwhat makes software speech possible.  I should 
think the decision would be obvious.

Because speech-dispatcher depends on libflite1. If I would remove
libflite1 then speech-dispatcher would disappear as well. I'm not
yet sure how to decide on this issue. ;)
