reflecter machine will be down today

Hi folks.  The Speakup Reflecter at gen3.ait.iastate.edu:4074 will be
down for a while today, it's os is in a scrambled state necessitating a
reinstallation.  I would normally try to give more advanced notice of
this kind of thing, but this is an emergency situation.

There is a backup speakup reflecter which you may use at
gene2.ait.iastate.edu:4074.  The reflecter web page is at
http://gene2.ait.iastate.edu/speakup.html.   I will post as soon as the
regular reflecter is back up.
