looking for source of glib-2.0 for speech-dispatcher beta

Hi, I am trying to build speech-dispatcher for an arm device and cannot 
find the source of glib-2.0 on www.gtk.org.
Speech-dispatcher does not seem happy with later versions.
Any ideas?
