how to disable email for a user

Hi people,

I would like to give someone an account on my system, but would like to 
block the user from using (sending or receiving) email. Is there a way 
to do this? Can I blacklist other specific services for just that user, 
such as ssh or telnet for instance?

Info: This is a Debian Sid text console system, 2.6.18 kernel, email 
transfers with exim4 lite, using clamav and spamassassin.

Any ideas or tricks?
