orca and espeak

Hi,
	Is there a distribution that has this stuff pre configured?  So that
the voice will start right away when the cd begins booting?  Alternatively
is there a step by step hoto that can help me set this stuff up?  I would
really like to use gnome with a software voice synth.  Thanks .

I also use orca and espeak, and find that, as far as responsiveness is
concerned, it outclasses the dectalk synths.  I use gnome-speech compiled to
use speech-dispatcher, then speech-dispatcher configured to use espeak. 
There is rumor of a orca-speech-dispatcher module which would eliminate the
need for gnome-speech services.
