A minor change to espeak-generic.conf

I would be interested in the option to skip portaudio because if we can
do it without, I would like to make it easier to package espeak up for
use with Slackware.  Otherwise, in order to use espeak, would have to
install two packages - espeak and portaudio.  I don't remember off the
top of my head if portaudio comes with Slackware; I didn't think it did.
