DoubleTalk Programming

[Radical NetSurfer]

I am still trying to find out how to do some low-level
programming with the Doubletalk ISA and/or LT devices.

I have this working in Fedora Core 5 now.
I want to be able to query the card to send back
information on its firmware version, default settings,
etc.  I still have no C program which is capable of
doing this.
