I put ftp://speakupmodified.org into my browser and navigated using
the link you posted to tell me what directories to try. It looks like
current is just a shortcut to 5, so try pasting this into your
browser:
ftp://speakupmodified.org/fedora/speakupmodified/5/RPMS/
