Need information.

Dear all,
I downloaded speakupmodified fedora Fc3 from ftp://speakupmodified.org.
After successfully checking md5sum,  burnt the images to CDs and
installed. Now I want to use software synth to run speakup. After
installing speech dispatcher and speachedup one way of enabling speakup
is to use flite, a light waite TTS. I also found that Gnopernicus is
working so I can conclude that festival is present as a default TTS. Now
please guide me how to use festival as TTS to enable speakup after
installing speech dispatcher and speachedup.
