Hi Igor,

No, you can take a ham radio test anywhere in the U.S. you like. Your  
call will be issued based on your mailing address. You, for instance,  
would get a 1 call since you're in MA (something like KB1XYZ, though  
not that one, since the 2X3 calls with X suffixes are reserved for  
experimental use and not the Amateur service.)

You've got until June 30th to use the current tech question pool. It  
changes up a bit on July 1.
