Help with muttrc file please

Hi All


Well I thought that I'd give the old dog a run with debian sid but I'm
concerned about some of the entries in the .muttrc file.

I've had to comment out a line with:

set use_mailcap

because it complains that the varible is unrecognised.  What is the
right varible?

There was a line in my sample file for sendmail and as I use exim I
replaced it with exim however, there were a number of switches used, so
what switches do I need for exim?

I'd like my reply address put in automatically, how do I do this?

Any help would be appreciated on this hound!
