alternative anonymous cvs site

-- Hi folks, I am still struggling with the new router code and making
   a mess of it so I'm not sure how long it will be before I hvae
   things running smoothly once again.  Meanwhile, there is an
   alternative anonymous cvs site at fl.linux-speakup.org.  This is
   great for anyone needing to do checkouts; You just can't checkin.
