Debian Install CD's

I am about to install debian on vmware on a Windows 2003 small business 
server edition. There are 2 Debian cd's that I find. One is on Shaynes site 
at www.people.debian.org/~shayne and the other is on the speakup site, 
actually, at the University of Wisconsin. What is the difference? I am 
downloading them both, but I need to decide which one to use.
