proftpd errors.

OK,
When I start proftpd on /etc/init.d/proftpd restart, I get these, can 
someone point me in the rite direction in solving these?
(I love linux, if its not one problem, its another.) I know its not always 
like this with linux, but for me, things just seem to kind of crash on 
install. lol
Anyway, here it is.
