Fwd: Speakup [rsync]

I don't remember where he was getting his mirror from the
linux-speakup.org site or our Florida mirror.  My guess is that he was
getting from the Florida site by ip address which changed about a
month ago.  If that was it then tell him to pick it up from
fl.linux-speakup.org.  I don't know why he didn't contact me directly
but oh well!
