Installing fedora

Your probably best installing using braille.  Get a braillified install
cd from the brlty website and boot off it, using your braillenote as
your braille display.

Speech-dispatcher and speechd-up are not installed by default, but there
are now rpm packages for these.  The URL for which was given a few weeks
ago on the list.
