Speakup Boot Diskss for Debian Sarge

Good point, I forgot about that. Unfortunately, still no go. I did however 
try to activate Speakup's Braille/n/Speak support with the 
"speakup_synth=bns" parameter and no serial device designation, and got it 
talking. So, Speakup is indeed compiled into the Kernel of the CD and floppy 
I have, but the Apollo support seems to be malfunctioning. Is there anyway I 
might be able to debug this? I have a copy of the Apollo II command set 
manual in ASCII around somewhere with the synth codes for speech parameters 
for rate, pitch and the like if it would be of use. In the meantime, I might 
just go ahead with the bns option until I can get it installed.
