libapache-mod-ssl and debian's apachectl script

Ok, got this one solved too. I ended up going through my
/etc/apache/mod_ssl.conf, and commenting out the
<IfDefine SSL>
and
</IfDefine>
lines. and things work now. As far as I can tell, there's no other way
to define parameters, other then through the -D flag to the apache
daemon, and I don't feel like modifying the apachectl script every time
it gets updated.
