New speakup 'Read All' Command in CVS for litetalk driver

I will have to do like with the Speakout and Acents in that order.
Indexing has always overwelmed me a bit when looking at it in the past.
When things are stable, let me know (if everything is included) and I
intend to work on Speakout for sure and Accents if the former goes well
for me:).
