New speakup 'Read All' Command in CVS for litetalk driver

I believe it would work for any key except 'shift' and the arrow keys,
page up and page down and the function keys.  The control key is the
best key to use though, because any key you press is sent to the
application, so it would send that key press to the application and the
control key generally has no effect on an application.
