got it all working

hi all
i have been working on this dsl for about two weeks now.
it just so happens that there is a smtp server mail.sbcglobal.net
that does not have to authenticate

another smtp server does have to authenticate
  and i just could not make sendmail work with it
also i figured out that i have to run dhcpcd at the last
to get the right dns and ip address.
i have a 2wire router and i can go in to the setup using links
it has been a hard two weeks of hard studdying but it is worth it now.
