fc4, configuring without firstboot?

It's a script that you can read: /etc/rc.d/init.d/firstboot
Or look at it's requires to get a list of the apps it runs and deduce
what it does:
rpm -q --requires firstboot
This is open source, meaning there are no mysteries here.
