[Kirk Reiser]

Hello folks:  On March 14th and 15th and then again on March 28th and
29th our building will have it's power shut down for power station
switch and metreing upgrades.  The power outage is predicted to last
from !:00 am to 7:00 am on all four days.  Of course if it is not we
will get the servers back online as quickly as possible.
