Hi Kenny.
When I run the start script for gdm my machine loadeds for a little while nad then beeps.
Is this normal? After the beep I figure I am to login so I enter my username and password and then the hd spins somemore.
After it stops I hit alt f2 and try to load gnopernicus and the hd spins more but I don't get any speech at all.
I have the user added to the audio group so sound should work.
Is there something else I'm issing?

Tom
