alt-f2 will take you to the run window.  Then just type gnopernicus and press
enter.  A window will pop up, and unfortunately Gnopernicus won't read it, but
if you press enter, you should be up and running.

To get it to start every time, just go into the assistive technology settings and
check "screen reader".
