FC3, problem with grub after yum update?

Whenever you do a yum upgrade and it upgrades the kernel, or install a kernel
package any other way, a script in that package finds the grub installation and
sets the newly installed kernel as the default. The only way I know to make
Windows once again boot by default is to manually change the config file after
every kernel installation. Both Fedora and Debian are guilty of resetting the
default boot system wienever a new kernel is installed.
