web browsing and section 508 under linux

Wait,
That I want to see in writing. Since when does the government dictate
which scripting agents are to be used? 508 means basically ease of access
which generally means non-graphical, as you cannot fully control the
graphical structure.
If people are being told that, it is time someone filed an anti-trust law
suit against freedom scientific.
