Hi folks, I have been asked to convert a pdf file for a windows user, who is having no luck on the windows side getting a clean copy. Although I am told the file is not restricted in any way, when i attempt to do this with pdftotext i get error bad annotation destination any clue what this may mean? no reference in the docs that I can find.
