vsftpd

The file is not called vsftpd.conf.5.  It is called vsftpd.conf.  The address is /etc/vsftpd.conf
The .5 just means something to the man system.

If you have a lot a problems, I can send a sample vsftpd.conf file later.  Just let me know.
