vsftpd

Well, I can get into my Linux box under the router from my XP machine by 
using the internal IP, but folks still seem to have trouble getting in from 
outside the router.
This is with vsftpd.
Can someone send me a copy of their vsftpd.conf file so I can see what the 
difference is in the files?
If you want to try my FTP, it is:
24.116.252.4
Also, I cannot find the file vsftpd.conf.5 in /var, or /etc.
