Did you try

apt-get install alsa-modules-2.4.27-1-speakup?  It may or may not be there.  You
may also want to try

apt-get install alsa-modules-2.4.27-1-i686

or

apt-get install alsa-modules-2.4.27-1-k7

depending on your architecture.  It may be that the closest match works if there
isn't a module specific to the speakup kernel.
