Oh, did you mean you wanted the arguments or the number of args?
Use $* or $@ to get the entire list of args after $0, and $# to get the 
number of args -- can't remember if $0 is included in that one.

It is very simple you just $* instead of $0.  If you enclose it in
quotes you will also get arguments which are meant to be together.

#!/bin/bash

echo "$*"
