Janina, I don't really understand how we're supposed to respond to this other
then hand-delivering comments.  IE only browser compatibility is a common
statement though not necessarily fact for working with many government websites.
Sort of more of a cover your ass thing than a statement of fact.  We should
probably ask for the ability to pre-test the system with our favorite browser.
