Need to install speakup on Suse 9.3

Hi.

Speakup exists in distros either because someone maintains a
special speakup version of the distro, or people running the
distro managed to get a maintainer of that distro interested in including it.

Few people run Suse or Mandrake, so neither of them have speakup
packages.

Hope this helps.
