speech dispatcher again

You will need to point it at the swift binary, you probably will want to 
setup the values for rate, pitch, volume and remove any references to 
parameters not used from the line that states the command to be issued, e.g. 
you will not want the parameter for voice on that line. There may be other 
lines you need to alter, I don't know how dectalk refers to rate, but 
cepstral does it in words per minute, so you may want to change the lines 
related to the conversion from speech-dispatcher values to synth values. I 
cannot say more than this without trying to do it myself.

do I need all values in the.conf file or is it enough to point it to the
swift binary?
I don't need to change voices. I only have one.

Also, I got so angry with the festival support speech-dispatcher has so
I'll do something about that to.
guess what I'm planning to do.
