it seems as though you may need libstdc++6.  But that's just a guess, as the
number would indicate that is the latest version of all the packages starting
with libstdc++.  The problem is that there is no libstdc++.  There are only
a bunch of packages that start with libstdc++ and end with numbers and suffixes
such as dbg (debug) and dev (development).  The highest number is 6, so I guess
that is the latest libstdc++.
