Mutt or pine and best configuration to use?

I would rather not listen to the whole screen being read out. It is no 
great deal to simply go to the top of the screen with the Speakup review 
keys, and go dwon from there. I have a customized header display, so 
getting through those is no problem. It also means that if I need to 
copy any info quickly from the email while reading, I am able to do so 
without having to find the correct line on the screen first.
