Hii Kirk, the kernel 2.4.20 works fine with speakup 1.5, the cvs speakup compiles only with the kernel 2.4.26. Last sunday i have donwloaded the zipspeak 10.0. but the apollo ii did not work an speak anything. regards Dietmar
