Hi Paul and all. I had some audio cds do that one time and it was because I had left the speed= parameter out of my cdrecord script. I think I use speed=2 though my burner is faster. Are you using a speed parameter? If this burner is a different speed, I suppose what speed you use might make a difference. hth.
