Hi. Please document your attempt to get a phone with Talkx. I had no
luck when I recently talked to T-mobile about an accessible phone. I
have written a formal letter to the company. If I don't get some
written response that was more helpful than what I got from phone calls,
I will file a complaint against them. One interesting thing is the
people I talked to at T-mobile refused to put their statments in
writing. That's why I have written the Main office. I plan to post a
copy of the letter I sent some time this week on my web site.

If your contract is close to being up, and you don't mind using
Cingular, you might want to look at:
http://www.cingular.com/about/nccd
It is the best price I've found for an accessible GSM phone.
I found the people I've talked to so far at T-mobile to be rude and
insulting. I won't repeat what I was told since it would be my word
against there's. Please let know if you are more successful with
T-mobile.
Good luck.
